I had been looking for a condo in Vegas for a couple of months, and I found one I liked and was fortunate to get Melinda to help me. On the phone with Melinda for maybe 10 minutes and ended with several very helpful tips, in fact I can't see her with any benefit in my case because I'm looking for a lot and landlord agreement a little outside the box. She helped me put things in perspective and basically taught me the right way and wording to continue in my pursuit. Melinda's willingness to spend her own time to help me is nothing short of rare. I'm one that keeps track of just how many have this type of character. I know for a fact they exist, I've even seen some.
